Uncompromising Passion
Glen's Vodka was launched in 1972 as Grant's Vodka but was rebranded in 2003 following a legal challenge from William Grant & Sons. Produced at the Catrine Distillery in East Ayrshire, Scotland, it has become one of the UK's most successful spirits, representing approximately one in every six vodka units sold in the off-premise market. In 2009, Glen's remarkably won first place in a blind-tasting test conducted by The Telegraph, competing against premium brands including Grey Goose and Absolut. The brand's market dominance was further cemented in 2014 when it was reported as the UK's second best-selling spirit. In 2015, Glen's expanded its portfolio with the launch of Glen's Platinum, a premium 40% ABV grain-based variant. The brand has also secured major sponsorship deals, becoming the Official Spirit of the Scottish Premier Football League in 2020 and the Super League Rugby League in 2022, significantly boosting its visibility and market share, particularly in Scotland where it commands a 31% market share.
