In 2017, new ownership revitalized the historic brewery and expanded its product range into craft spirits. The vodka launch represents Billson's commitment to small-batch production and quality. Each bottle is individually numbered and hand-finished, with the first batch limited to just 150 bottles. The vodka is distilled on-site at an extraordinarily slow rate of a single drop per second, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The essential ingredient is Billson's famous spring water sourced from the Victorian Alps, which provides exceptional purity and a distinctive character. Made from the finest grain and select yeast, this vodka embodies the brand's heritage of creating full-flavoured, exciting beverages.
