Uncompromising Passion

Dutch Barn Ginger Spiced Vodka represents a bold departure from traditional neutral vodka, crafted in Yorkshire using British apples and potato spirit as its base. The brand creates a distinctive ginger distillate by combining four different types of ginger with lime slices, star anise, and cassia, employing both pot and vapour basket extraction methods to capture complex flavours. This ginger distillate is then blended with Dutch Barn's core vodka, organic ginger juice, and fresh lime juice to produce a cloudy, warming spirit. The result is described as fiery and unapologetically bold—a vodka that kicks like a mule and blazes down the throat. Notably, 25 percent of profits from sales are donated to The Donkey Sanctuary, aligning the brand with charitable impact. The vodka has gained popularity as a mixer for ginger beer cocktails and as a standalone warming spirit, appealing to both traditional vodka enthusiasts and those seeking flavoured alternatives.

Created using a ginger distillate made from four varieties of ginger, lime slices, star anise, and cassia bark, extracted via pot and vapour basket methods. The distillate is blended with Dutch Barn base vodka (distilled through 70 plates), organic ginger juice, and fresh lime juice. Vegan-friendly and gluten-free. Distilled in Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
