The Essence
"Ultra-premium French grape vodka distilled five times, featuring snap frost grapes from Gaillac and Cognac regions for a smooth, sophisticated profile."
Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
Cîroc was established in 2003 at the historic Distillerie de Chevanceaux in the South of France, pioneering the ultra-premium grape-based vodka category. Unlike traditional grain or potato vodkas, Cîroc is crafted from fine French grapes—specifically Mauzac Blanc and Ugni Blanc varieties sourced from the renowned Gaillac and Cognac wine regions. The vodka undergoes a meticulous five-time distillation process: the grapes are first fermented and distilled four times in column stills, then finished in a tailor-made copper pot still in the fifth distillation. This method draws on over a century of French wine-making expertise and craftsmanship. The name 'Snap Frost' refers to grapes harvested immediately after the first frost, which concentrates their flavors. Cîroc has become synonymous with luxury and sophistication, gaining further prominence through celebrity endorsements. The resulting vodka is exceptionally clean, crisp, and smooth with a velvety texture and distinctive character.
Five-time distillation process: four passes through column stills using fermented French grape wine, followed by final distillation in a traditional copper pot still at Distillerie de Chevanceaux. Cold fermentation ensures superior purity. Water source from South of France. The grape-based approach and copper pot still finishing distinguish it from grain-based competitors.
