Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
Seven Three Distilling honors the resilient St. Roch neighborhood of New Orleans, a community with deep historical roots and spiritual significance. Founded around 1830 as Faubourg Franklin, St. Roch became a thriving Creole cultural hub until yellow fever devastated the city in 1867. When a local priest, Rev. Peter Thevis, prayed to St. Roch, Patron Saint of Good Health, and miraculously not a single parishioner perished, the community was reborn with renewed faith. The distillery channels this spirit of resilience and gratitude into its premium vodka line. St. Roch Cucumber Vodka represents the brand's commitment to craft quality and local pride, infused with over 100 pounds of fresh cucumber, kaffir lime, and lemongrass per batch. Five-times distilled and five-days filtered, this expression has earned recognition including a 2020 LA Spirit Awards Bronze Medal and a 2018 American Distilling Institute Bronze Medal, establishing itself as a versatile spirit for both classic and creative cocktails.
Five-times distilled in column stills using Louisiana grain base, filtered over five days through charcoal. Infused with over 100 pounds of fresh cucumber, kaffir lime, and lemongrass per batch. Local water source from New Orleans region. The extended filtration process and multiple distillation cycles ensure smoothness and clarity while the botanical infusions provide subtle vegetal and citrus notes.
