Uncompromising Passion
Cariel Vanilla Vodka was introduced in 2000 after five years of development, establishing itself as the first vanilla-flavored vodka on the market. Created by Swedish distillers employing over 500 years of local expertise, the vodka combines Swedish spring water with native wheat and barley through an innovative batch blending process. The vanilla infusion draws from two distinct sources: creamy vanilla from orchids in South West India and floral vanilla from Madagascar, creating a complex flavor profile. The spirit pours to a clear golden hue and has become recognized for its natural sweetness and sophistication. Triple distillation ensures smoothness while the dual vanilla infusion delivers both floral and creamy notes with hints of black pepper spice, dried fruit, and leather undertones. The vodka has gained recognition in premium cocktail culture and continues to represent Swedish vodka craftsmanship.
Triple-distilled in column stills using batch blending of Swedish barley and winter wheat distillates combined with pure Swedish spring water. The vanilla infusion employs natural vanilla from two geographic sources: South West India and Madagascar. The batch blending process allows precise control over flavor development and consistency, resulting in a golden-hued spirit with layered vanilla complexity.
