Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
St. George Green Chile Vodka represents the craft distillery's commitment to innovative American spirits. Produced at the renowned St. George Spirits facility in Alameda, California, the vodka showcases a meticulous infusion process that honors fresh California-grown peppers. The distillery fills copper pot stills with crushed jalapeños, lime, and non-GMO grain neutral spirit, then distills the mixture through a vapor-infusion basket layered with fresh cilantro. Four additional pepper varieties—serranos, habaneros, red and yellow bell peppers—are infused separately and blended with the jalapeño-lime-cilantro distillate before final filtration. The resulting spirit captures the kaleidoscope of flavors found in fresh peppers while maintaining a smooth, approachable character. The light green tint visible in the bottle is a natural byproduct of the pepper infusion process. Since its release, the vodka has gained recognition among both casual drinkers and professional mixologists for its versatility in cocktails, particularly Bloody Marys and spicy martinis, while remaining enjoyable neat or chilled.
Infused vodka produced using copper pot stills with vapor-infusion basket layering cilantro. Non-GMO grain neutral spirit base infused with five pepper varieties (jalapeños, serranos, habaneros, red and yellow bell peppers) plus lime peel and fresh cilantro. Each pepper type infused separately then blended. Charcoal filtered before bottling. Light green tint results from natural pepper infusion.
