Uncompromising Passion
Soplica Quince represents over 130 years of Polish distilling heritage, tracing its roots to 1891 when Bolesław Michał Kasprowicz founded the Fabryka Wódek i Likierów w Gnieźnie in Gniezno. Today, produced by Polmos Łańcut in southeastern Poland, Soplica Quince combines the brand's traditional grain, rye, and wheat vodka base with natural quince infusions sourced from Polish orchards. The spirit undergoes four-column distillation followed by active carbon filtration to create a clean base spirit that allows the orchard fruit character to shine. Unlike many mass-market fruit vodkas that rely on artificial flavoring, Soplica's extended maturation of the quince infusion develops genuine complexity. The 2025 London Spirits Competition awarded the expression a Silver medal, with judges praising its ripe quince aromatics, balanced sweetness, and harmonious spiced finish. The result is a smooth, creamy vodka with warm baked-fruit aromas and a sophisticated palate that bridges the gap between authentic fruit character and refined vodka craftsmanship.
