The Essence
"Kansas craft vodka distilled from 100% hard red winter wheat, awarded gold by the American Craft Spirits Association in 2020."
Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
Boot Hill Distillery Vodka is crafted by owner Hayes Kelman and his team using 100% hard red winter wheat grown on the wind-whipped plains of western Kansas. The spirit undergoes an initial pot distillation followed by a second distillation through a 36-plate column still, ensuring exceptional purity and clarity. A final slow charcoal filtration imparts a bright and crisp profile to the finished vodka. In 2020, Boot Hill Distillery Vodka earned the gold medal and Best of Glass award from the American Craft Spirits Association, cementing its reputation as a premium American craft spirit. The distillery's commitment to controlling every step of production—from grain cultivation to bottling—reflects a philosophy of quality and authenticity rooted in Kansas agricultural heritage.
Two-stage distillation: initial pot still distillation followed by 36-plate column still distillation. Final slow charcoal filtration for brightness and crispness. 100% hard red winter wheat base from western Kansas plains. Spring water used in production. Clear, crystal-clean spirit profile.
