Uncompromising Passion
High West Vodka 7000' takes its name from the exact elevation of High West Distillery's bar in Park City, Utah. The distillery, established as Utah's first legal distillery since Prohibition's end in 1870, sits at the base of the Town Lift in Old Town Park City. The vodka pays tribute to the distillery's unique high-altitude locale and its natural advantages. The spirit is crafted from carefully distilled oats combined with pure snowmelt water naturally filtered through deep rock aquifers in the surrounding mountains. This mineral-balanced water and grain selection create the vodka's signature silky-smooth texture and rich mouthfeel. High West operates as a gastro-distillery and saloon within historic buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, blending craft spirits production with contemporary Western cuisine and American roots music.
Copper pot-distilled from carefully sourced oats, brought to proof using snowmelt from the surrounding mountains. The water is naturally filtered through deep rock aquifers, providing well-balanced mineral content. Single distillation process emphasizes the character of the base grain and pristine water source at 7,000 feet elevation.
