The Essence
"Triple-distilled Georgian-origin vodka made from 100% pure grain, charcoal-filtered for smoothness. Based on a secret recipe from 1806."

Uncompromising Passion
Eristoff vodka traces its lineage to 1806, when Prince Ivane Eristoff of the Racha province in Georgia created the original recipe for Prince Eristavi. The name Eristavi, meaning 'head of a military force,' belonged to five noble Georgian families representing different regions. The brand's iconic wolf logo symbolizes Georgia's Persian name, Gorjestan, translating to 'land of the wolf.' After the family relocated to Saint Petersburg in the 19th century, Prince Alexander Constantine Eristoff rose to Colonel in the Imperial Guard. Today, Eristoff is produced in Beaucaire, Southern France, under license by Bacardi-Martini, maintaining the heritage recipe while employing modern triple-distillation and charcoal-filtration techniques. The vodka has earned recognition from international beverage institutes, including scores of 90–94 from the Beverage Testing Institute between 2011 and 2014, and was listed among Proof66's Top 20 vodkas as of 2014.
Triple-distilled using grain base in column stills, employing charcoal filtration techniques established in 18th-century Russia. Produced in Beaucaire, Southern France, under Bacardi-Martini ownership. The process yields a spirit of absolute purity from 100% pure grain, bottled at 40% ABV.
