Uncompromising Passion
Staritsky Levitsky represents a revival of Ukrainian vodka traditions after a century of interruption. Named after two significant Ukrainian historical thinkers and social figures, the brand is produced in Precarpathia, a region renowned for its black earth soil—considered among the world's finest agricultural land. The distillery employs century-old production methods, using only Ukrainian grain harvested in August and pristine spring water infused with natural quartz. Each batch is handmade in small quantities and rested for 60 days before bottling, ensuring quality and character. The brand gained international recognition for its commitment to authentic Ukrainian craftsmanship. However, the distillery's location north of Lviv placed it in a conflict zone during recent geopolitical upheaval, temporarily halting production and creating significant supply constraints. Despite these challenges, the brand's resilience and dedication to traditional methods continue to define its identity in the global vodka market.
Handmade small-batch production using century-old distillery methods in Precarpathia. Distilled from August-harvested Ukrainian grain and filtered through natural spring water containing quartz minerals. Aged 60 days before bottling to develop smoothness and character. Traditional column-still distillation preserves the grain's natural flavors.
