Anestasia Vodka was founded by Yuliya Mamontova, who incorporated Numbrands, Inc. in 2008 and spent four years developing the product before launching in July 2013 in Las Vegas. The brand draws inspiration from a family recipe passed down from the founder's Ukrainian grandmother, Anestasia. Produced in Bend, Oregon, the vodka uses sweet corn from northwestern farms and exceptionally pure water from the Cascade Mountains, which flows through lava rock riverbeds and naturally avoids sediment and metallic salts. The spirit is distilled five times and filtered five times through quartz crystal, volcanic rock, and neutral charcoal to achieve a 190-proof distillate before being blended down to 80 proof. The brand gained immediate recognition for its striking bottle design by renowned New York designer Karim Rashid, a multi-faceted recycled glass decanter whose geometric shape represents both the letter A and V, reflecting the brand name and product category.

Water sourced from Cascade Mountain springs in Bend, Oregon, naturally filtered through lava rock. Distilled to 190 proof, then blended with pure spring water to 80 proof (40% ABV).
