Founded around 1830 as Faubourg Franklin, the area thrived as a center of Creole culture until yellow fever devastated New Orleans in 1867. During this crisis, local priest Rev. Peter Thevis prayed to St. Roch, the Patron Saint of Good Health, for protection of his parishioners. When not a single member of his congregation perished, Rev. Thevis fulfilled his vow by building a shrine and cemetery, and the neighborhood was reborn as St. Roch. Seven Three Distilling crafted this premium vodka to honor that spirit of fortitude and community. Distilled five times and filtered over five days, St. Roch Vodka delivers a smooth, refined character that reflects the brand's commitment to quality and its deep connection to New Orleans' cultural heritage.
