Kavka Orchard Vodka was launched in 2023, drawing inspiration from the ancient Polish market town of Sandomierz, famed since Medieval times for fruit growing and distillation. The brand was born from this heritage, reviving a 19th-century approach to vodka production that emphasized taste and individuality rather than neutral purity. Founder Jan Woroniecki, born in the UK to a Polish father, brings decades of experience from running Eastern European restaurants and tasting vodka traditions. Kavka Orchard represents a deliberate return to how vodka used to taste—with character and depth. The blend combines plum and apple fruit spirits with fine grain spirits, creating a naturally sweet and delicate spirit. Sourced and distilled in Sandomierz, it is designed to be enjoyed on its own, in cocktails, or with refreshing mixers, embodying the philosophy that vodka need not be flavorless to be exceptional.
