The Essence
"French premium vodka distilled five times from snap-frost grapes, offering a smooth, fruity profile with citrus and floral notes."
Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
Cîroc represents an innovative departure from traditional grain-based vodkas, pioneering the use of grapes as its base spirit. Produced at the historic Distillerie de Maison Villefort-Chevanceaux in the Gaillac region of southern France, Cîroc sources select grapes harvested immediately after the first frost—a practice unique to this vodka. The spirit undergoes five distillations and employs a proprietary cold fermentation process that distinguishes it from conventional vodka production. Owned and distributed by Diageo, Cîroc has gained recognition among vodka enthusiasts for its distinctive character. The grape base imparts a naturally fruity, slightly sweet profile with subtle herbal and citrus undertones, making it notably different from traditional grain or potato vodkas. Its gluten-free status appeals to consumers with dietary restrictions. While some critics note its pronounced grape flavors and occasional medicinal or bitter finish, Cîroc has established itself as a premium offering suitable for both neat sipping and cocktail applications.
Five-times distilled in column stills at Distillerie de Maison Villefort-Chevanceaux using snap-frost grapes from the Gaillac region. Employs a unique cold fermentation process and charcoal filtration. The grape base and cold fermentation distinguish this production from traditional grain-based vodka methods, resulting in a naturally fruity spirit with subtle floral and citrus characteristics.
