FAIR Quinoa Vodka
Palate Architecture
The Essence
"The world's first organic, Fair Trade certified vodka made from quinoa grown in the Bolivian Andes, distilled in Cognac with a mineral, balanced character."
Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
FAIR Quinoa Vodka represents a pioneering collaboration between French distillers in Cognac and Bolivian farmers, bringing an ancient Andean grain into modern vodka production. Quinoa has been cultivated for over 5,000 years in the high-altitude volcanic soils of the Andes mountains, above 13,000 feet elevation. The brand's commitment to Fair Trade certification ensures that Bolivian farmers receive equitable compensation for their crops. Once harvested, the quinoa is transported to Cognac, where a micro-brewer prepares a 5.5% quinoa mash that is then distilled in a single column still alongside organic, non-GMO corn alcohol. The result is a distinctive vodka that honors both traditional Incan agriculture and contemporary ethical sourcing practices. FAIR Quinoa Vodka received a Gold award in 2020 and achieved a 90-point rating from the Beverage Testing Institute, recognizing its quality and innovation in the vodka category.
