The Heritage

Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion

Sobieski is named after Jan III Sobieski, the Lion of Lechistan, who ruled the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth from 1674 to 1696. The vodka brand carries this historical legacy as a symbol of Polish heritage and craftsmanship. Produced in Starogard Gdański in northern Poland's Pomeranian region, Sobieski is made exclusively from Dankowski rye, a prized Polish cultivar harvested from the Mazovia agricultural heartland east of Warsaw. The spirit undergoes continuous column distillation using crystalline water from Oligocene springs, a method that removes heavier congeners while preserving the distinctive peppery character of rye. Sobieski has earned recognition as an outstanding value vodka, consistently outperforming competitors at its price tier. The brand positions itself as a return to honest pricing and quality, offering a clean, flavor-forward alternative to neutral wheat or potato-based vodkas at a fraction of premium brand costs.

Produced by Destylarmia Sobieski S.A. in Starogard Gdański using continuous column distillation. Made from 100% Dankowski rye grain sourced from the Mazovia region. Water sourced from Oligocene springs provides mineral character. Single continuous distillation process strips congeners while maintaining rye's natural peppery profile.
