Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
Lubelska was established in 1906 when Polmos Lublin began distilling vodka in the city of Lublin, named after the Lublin Voivodeship. The brand became one of Poland's most popular flavored vodkas, comparable to Krupnik and Soplica. Lubelska Blackcurrant represents the brand's modern expansion into fruit-infused liqueurs. This variant combines traditional Polish vodka with sun-ripened blackcurrants sourced locally, creating a distinctive purple liqueur. The infusion process carefully selects only fully ripened fruit to achieve the ideal balance of sweetness and subtle blackcurrant bitterness. At 30% ABV, it bridges the gap between pure vodka and dessert liqueur, making it versatile for cocktails, mixed drinks, or enjoyed over ice cream. The product reflects Poland's long tradition of fruit-infused spirits and contemporary consumer preferences for accessible, flavorful vodka expressions.
Base vodka distilled from rye grain at Polmos Lublin facilities. Sun-ripened Polish blackcurrants are macerated and infused into the vodka base, then blended to achieve 30% ABV. The resulting liqueur is filtered to clarity, yielding the characteristic deep purple color. No additional artificial flavoring; the infusion relies on natural fruit aromatics and the subtle tannins present in blackcurrant skins.
