The Heritage

Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion

Jean-Marc XO represents the pinnacle of French vodka craftsmanship, created by master distiller Jean-Marc Daucourt in the Cognac region of southwestern France. Daucourt, whose family had deep roots in the Cognac business, expanded his expertise by apprenticing in Scotland and Germany before returning to France to establish his distillery. The vodka is crafted from four carefully selected French wheat varieties, each separated from its chaff before distillation to eliminate bitterness and reveal individual grain flavors. The production process is deliberately slow, taking several weeks rather than hours, incorporating micro-oxygenation techniques borrowed from winemaking. Spring water filtered through Grande Champagne limestone is added before the spirit undergoes nine distillations in small batches using copper Alambic stills. Each bottle is individually numbered and filtered through Limousin oak charcoal. The vodka earned 97 points from the US Beverage Testing Institute and a Platinum Medal, recognition of its refined character and exceptional quality.
