The Essence
"Traditional Polish rye vodka aged in oak, aromatized with sloes and blended with unrectified barley spirit, bottled with cork and wax seal."

Uncompromising Passion
Siwucha was developed in 1996 by Elzbieta Goldynka at the Polmos Zielona Góra distillery in Poland. The name translates to 'hooch' or 'rot-gut,' reflecting its rustic heritage and traditional production methods. This vodka represents a distinctly Polish approach to spirit-making, combining rye as the primary grain with a small proportion of unrectified barley spirit to add complexity and character. The spirit is aged in oak barrels, which imparts subtle wood notes and color, then aromatized with sloes—wild plums that contribute a distinctive herbal and slightly fruity character. Presented in traditional style with a cork stopper and wax seal, Siwucha embodies the craftsmanship and authenticity of Polish vodka-making heritage. It remains a respected expression within Poland's vodka tradition, balancing modern quality standards with time-honored production techniques.
Triple-distilled in column stills using Polish rye grain and local spring water from the Zielona Góra region. Oak aging imparts subtle wood character. Unrectified barley spirit is blended before bottling to enhance complexity. Charcoal filtration ensures purity while preserving the spirit's natural character and sloe aromatization.
