The Heritage

Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion

In 2025, the House of Suntory introduced Haku Yuzu, the first-ever flavored extension to its acclaimed Haku vodka line. The spirit builds upon Haku's foundation of 100% polished Japanese white rice, distilled three times and filtered through bamboo charcoal. The signature ingredient, yuzu, is a rare Japanese citrus fruit with over 1,000 years of cultivation history in Japan, prized for its tart flavor and resilience in cold climates. Yuzu is believed to be a naturally occurring hybrid between mandarin orange and Ichang papeda, originating in China but perfected in Japanese cuisine. Haku Yuzu combines this exotic citrus with all-natural ingredients, with hand-harvested Japanese yuzu leading the flavor profile. The name Haku translates to both "brilliance" and "white," reflecting the purity and craftsmanship embedded in every bottle. Launched globally in September 2025, Haku Yuzu represents a significant moment for the brand, expanding beyond its original expression while maintaining the meticulous Japanese distillation traditions that define the House of Suntory's approach to premium spirits.

Triple-distilled from 100% polished Japanese white rice following fermentation. Filtered through bamboo charcoal to achieve a soft, silky finish. Flavored with all-natural ingredients, with hand-harvested Japanese yuzu as the primary botanical. Bottled at 40% ABV without additional processing.
