Parking Chair Vodka is produced by Lawrenceville Distilling Co., a Pittsburgh-based craft distillery committed to quality spirits at reasonable prices. The vodka begins with French winter wheat sourced from Picardy in northern France, known for producing soft, refined grain spirits. The wheat is initially distilled once as wholesale grain neutral spirit to facilitate transport, then undergoes five additional distillations at the Lawrenceville facility using a copper alembic still imported from Portugal. Each batch is hand-crafted in small quantities, allowing the distillery to focus on proprietary finishing techniques that balance smoothness with character. The result is a clean, medium-bodied vodka that earned a Bronze Medal at the 2019 American Craft Spirits Association Conference in Minneapolis. Available at the distillery's Pittsburgh location and through Pennsylvania Fine Wine and Good Spirits retailers, Parking Chair represents the modern American craft distilling movement—prioritizing accessible quality over premium pricing.

Six-times distilled using a copper alembic still from Portugal, hand-crafted in small batches. Base spirit derived from French winter wheat grain neutral spirit. Extensive proprietary finishing techniques applied post-distillation to achieve balanced profile. Medium body with soft texture characteristic of wheat-based vodkas.
