The Essence
"Premium French wheat vodka, five-times distilled, known for its clean, floral character and refined elegance."
Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
In 1814, as the Napoleonic Wars drew to a close, Russian soldiers occupied Paris. Though forbidden from entering public establishments, they were discreetly served vodka when requesting a quick drink. The Russian word for 'quick'—быстро (bistro)—became the name for these intimate Parisian drinking establishments that endure today. Bistro Vodka honours this historical origin, embodying the ease and authenticity of Parisian bistro culture through French craftsmanship. Distilled five times from top-quality French wheat using traditional methods, it delivers a perfectly balanced, clean spirit with subtle floral notes and exceptional refinement. The vodka has earned multiple prestigious awards, including Gold at the 2021 Bartender Spirits Awards, 95 points and Gold at the 2020 International Wine & Spirit Challenge, and Double Gold medals for both taste and design at the 2019 John Barleycorn Awards.
Five-times distilled in triple pot stills using top-quality French wheat grain. The distillation process employs traditional French savoir-faire to achieve exceptional purity and refinement. Charcoal filtration ensures a clean, crisp profile with no harshness or bitterness. The result is a light, well-rounded vodka with subtle floral aromatics and a lingering clean finish.
