Produced in northeastern France, the vodka begins with wheat milled into flour at a traditional gristmill. Through a proprietary process, gluten is carefully removed by adding water and kneading the dough, creating a lighter base with fewer congeners—impurities that typically develop during fermentation and distillation. The resulting alcohol undergoes five complete distillations to achieve exceptional purity and smoothness. Spring water sourced from the French Alps and filtered to 0.45 microns is then added to achieve the final 40% ABV. The vodka is finished with a hint of elderflower, delivering a crisp, refreshing profile ideal for both classic cocktails and sipping neat.
