Absolut Elyx

Absolut Elyx represents the pinnacle of Absolut's craftsmanship philosophy, taking the One Source concept to its ultimate expression. Every stage of production—from planting the first seed to final bottling—occurs within a 15-mile radius of Åhus in southern Sweden. The vodka is distilled exclusively from winter wheat grown on the historic Råbelöf estate, which dates back to 1408. What truly distinguishes Elyx is its production in Column 51, a manually operated vintage copper rectification still from 1921. This copper-based distillation process naturally catalyzes trace compounds, creating the vodka's signature silky texture and rich mouthfeel. The result earned a Double Gold Medal and Best Vodka distinction at the 2013 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, defeating 132 competitors. Wine Enthusiast awarded it 96 points. Absolut Elyx is produced in a CO2-neutral, energy-efficient distillery, reflecting both luxury and sustainability. The vodka is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks, though its balanced character also excels in classic cocktails.

Manually distilled in a vintage 1921 copper column still (Column 51) using sacrificial copper packets for natural catalyzation of trace compounds. Single-estate winter wheat from Råbelöf provides the base. All production stages occur within a 15-mile radius in Åhus, southern Sweden.
