Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
Beluga Noble Vodka represents the pinnacle of contemporary vodka craftsmanship. Produced in Montenegro by Noblewood Group, the brand combines traditional Russian distillation techniques with modern technology and environmental stewardship. The organic grain spirit is sourced from the brand's own distillery in Latvia, where it undergoes a meticulous fermentation and distillation process using column stills with six rectification columns. Each bottle is individually numbered and hand-decorated with the brand's iconic metal beluga sturgeon symbol. The vodka rests for 30 to 90 days before bottling, allowing flavors to harmonize and develop. Beluga's commitment to the field-to-bottle production principle ensures complete control over quality at every stage, from raw materials through final packaging. The result is a vodka distinguished by its smooth, rich taste with lingering notes of vanilla and subtle spice.
Six-column distillation process using 100% Scandinavian organic wheat. Fermentation employs natural enzymes from germinated grain, avoiding artificial additives. Extensive filtration system includes quartz sand and birch charcoal filters. Post-distillation resting period of 30 to 90 days in special reservoirs allows chemical processes to stabilize and water-spirit integration to complete.
