Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
Chopin Potato Vodka was introduced in 1992 by the Siedlce-based distiller Polmos Siedlce and reached North America in 1997. Named after the legendary Romantic composer Frédéric Chopin, the vodka embodies Polish distilling tradition through its commitment to single-ingredient production and small-batch craftsmanship. The producer uses approximately three kilograms of potatoes per bottle, resulting in a distinctly creamy and earthy spirit. Chopin has earned international recognition, including multiple medals from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition between 2006 and 2011, comprising one double gold, three gold, and two silver awards. The vodka's naturally gluten-free composition and full-bodied profile have made it a standout in the premium potato vodka category, consistently ranking in the 90th percentile among rated vodkas according to aggregate scoring platforms.
Quadruple-distilled in column stills using locally sourced potatoes and spring water from the Podlaska region. Small-batch production ensures quality control. Charcoal filtration refines the spirit, removing impurities while preserving the characteristic creamy mouthfeel and earthy character derived from the potato base.
