The Heritage

Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion

Finlandia Vodka was launched in 1970 by the Finnish state alcohol company Alko, marking Finland's entry into the premium vodka market. The brand name was chosen to reflect the country's heritage and the purity of its natural resources. The iconic bottle design, featuring a clear glass bottle with a distinctive blue label and reindeer motif, became instantly recognizable. The vodka is produced in Koskenkorva using locally grown six-row barley and glacial spring water naturally filtered through a glacial moraine formed over 10,000 years ago. In the 1980s, Finlandia expanded into the United States market, where it gained a loyal following among cocktail enthusiasts. Today, owned by Coca-Cola HBC, Finlandia remains a popular export product, still produced in Finland using traditional methods. Its continuous distillation process spanning over 200 steps produces a spirit so clean it historically required minimal filtration—a rarity among major vodka brands.

Distilled in Koskenkorva using continuous column stills with over 200 distillation steps from native six-row barley. Water sourced from Rajamäki glacial spring, naturally filtered through a 10,000-year-old glacial moraine. Post-distillation filtration through activated charcoal and Nordic birchwood charcoal. Bottled at Rajamäki facility to 40% ABV.
