The Essence
"Israeli kosher vodka made from corn with unfiltered spring water from the Golan Heights, triple-distilled and Orthodox Union certified."
Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
L'Chaim Kosher Vodka was introduced in 2010, first appearing in New York, New Jersey, and Florida before securing a national distribution agreement with Southern Wine & Spirits in 2011. The name L'Chaim, meaning "to life" in Hebrew, reflects the brand's cultural roots and commitment to Jewish dietary law compliance. Produced in Or Akiva on Israel's coast, the vodka draws on traditional Russian and Eastern European recipes brought to Israel by Jewish immigrants. The brand distinguishes itself through its use of unfiltered spring water sourced directly from the Golan Heights, a choice that preserves the water's natural mineral character rather than stripping it away through aggressive filtration. In 2012, L'Chaim expanded its portfolio with a kosher-for-Passover edition made from beets instead of corn, marked by distinctive gold labeling. The vodka has earned recognition from spirits critics, scoring 85 points from Tastings.com in 2010. Distributed by Group Force Capital LLC from Miami, L'Chaim has become a notable presence in the kosher spirits market, appealing to both observant Jewish consumers and those seeking premium, ethically-produced vodka.
Triple-distilled in column stills at the Or Akiva distillery on Israel's coast. Uses unfiltered spring water sourced from the Golan Heights, preserving natural mineral content. Corn-based mash fermented and distilled to preserve subtle flavor characteristics. No aggressive charcoal filtration employed, maintaining water minerality and subtle vanilla and spice notes.
