Savvy Vodka was founded in 2006 by Chad Auler in Austin, Texas, as a micro-distillery committed to handcrafted spirits. The vodka is distilled six times using a column still, which the distillery notes is approximately 200 percent more energy-efficient than traditional pot stills while delivering a cleaner, purer product. The column still process is equivalent to distilling 20 times per batch, ensuring exceptional refinement. Water used in distillation is recycled through a custom two-tank system, minimizing environmental impact.
