D'YAVOL Single Estate Vodka was launched in January 2023 as the flagship spirit of the D'YAVOL collective. Distilled in Poland from 100% winter wheat grown on a single family-run estate, the vodka represents a modern homage to traditional vodka-making craftsmanship. The brand's commitment to grain-to-glass excellence is evident in its meticulous production process and distinctive black pearl filtration—a refinement stage using genuine black pearls from Tahiti, making it the only vodka in the world to employ this technique. The continuous distillation process removes methanol entirely, resulting in exceptional purity. Since its debut, D'YAVOL has garnered international recognition, winning Gold at the International Wine & Spirits Awards, Asia International Spirits Competition, and The Vodka Masters 2024, plus Double Gold at the Singapore World Spirits Competition 2024. It was also named Poland Vodka of the Year at AISC 2024. The vodka is currently available in India, Australia, and the UAE, with expansion to additional global markets underway.

Continuously distilled in Poland using column stills until absolutely pure spirit with zero methanol is achieved. Water sourced from pristine land surrounding the single estate. Undergoes multiple distillation cycles followed by black pearl filtration from French Polynesia after initial refinement, ensuring a clean, crisp profile with enhanced mouthfeel and velvety smoothness.
