The Heritage

Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion

Wild Knight English Vodka represents a modern approach to British spirits craftsmanship. Founded by husband-and-wife team Matt and Steph Brown at their Beachamwell distillery in Norfolk, Wild Knight deliberately eschews conventional vodka production methods. Rather than pursuing the neutral spirit ideal, the distillers intentionally preserve the character of their East Anglian barley by avoiding chill-filtration—a technique that strips away flavour compounds. The vodka is batch-distilled in copper pot stills using water from ancient chalk aquifers beneath Norfolk. This philosophy earned Wild Knight the Best British Vodka award at the World Vodka Awards, recognition that the judges specifically praised for its distinctive varietal style. The vodka contains no added sugar or artificial additives, positioning it as a sipping spirit rather than a mixing base. The Browns' commitment to purity and character has established Wild Knight as a benchmark for contemporary English premium vodka.

Batch-distilled in copper pot stills using 100% East Anglian barley and water sourced from ancient chalk aquifers. Deliberately unfined and unchilled to preserve the barley's natural character and flavour compounds. No chill-filtration applied. Zero additives or sugar. Single distillation in pot still rather than column still, capturing rich barley essence.
