Crafted with
Uncompromising Passion
Saaremaa Vodka was introduced to the market in 1996 by Altia Eesti, the Estonian subsidiary of the Altia Group, one of Scandinavia's largest alcohol producers. The brand quickly established itself as a quality offering in the Baltic region, achieving market leadership among premium domestic vodkas in Estonia by 2003 with a 43 percent market share. The vodka is crafted using specially cultivated six-row barley from Scandinavian countries, selected for its low oil content to eliminate undesirable flavors. The water source—drawn from a well 145 meters deep—provides the pure mineral foundation essential to the spirit's character. The production process emphasizes purity through an extraordinary 250 distillations, followed by silver filtration to achieve a refined smoothness. No additives, including sugar, are used in production, reflecting the distillery's commitment to creating an authentic, clean spirit.
